MED SOUL are not responsible for any loss, injury or even fatality, how ever caused, or Flight delays, cancellations etc. resulting in non attendance of event, for this reason we suggest taking out travel insurance for the length of your stay. Deposits are NON refundable, balances must be paid by 17th August, outstanding unpaid balances will result in your place being canceled and deposit or part payment being lost,canceled places can be changed to another person with out charge including deposits.
Unreasonable Behavior
will not be tolerated towards us or our staff, verbal or physical, this will result in your wrist band being removed and removal from the Hotel
Minimum Age for this event is 18 years of age.
